When: Wednesday, 27 March
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Come and learn about Holochain with others who are interested in distributed systems and collaboration. This will be the first Holochain meetup in London.
If you want some background on Holochain – check out our interviews with Matthew Schutte, Communications Director at Holo: Holochain – the perfect framework for decentralised cooperation at scale and part II Holochain – The commons engine.
The evening will begin with a couple of short presentations introducing Holochain and some examples of applications being built in the Holochain framework. Next we’ll hear from Alastair Ong, a member of the growth and product marketing team at Holo, about how Holochain enables a new methodology for decentralised value exchange. The evening will conclude with 30 minutes for networking and an opportunity to continue conversations in one of Old Street’s pubs or bars.
This promises to be an exciting event, as we explore how Holochain could be used to enable a truly distributed Mutual Credit network, like the one we are building.
The agenda for the night will continue to evolve, and there might even be some free food and drink, so bring your questions, ideas and collaborative spirit!
This is a free event.
