The pack will develop to include an even wider range of support materials, such as information on how to set up a co-op or social enterprise, how to utilise use the communications software, how to become an effective organisation within The Open Co-op, general business principles, conflict resolution techniques, lists of supporting organisations and potential funding sources and also specific advice aimed at the particalar type of enterprise (e.g. food, transport, etc.)

Partner organisations will be recruited to provide materials and practical support as part of the resource pack including:

• Fair Trade organisations
• Co-operative agencies
• Development agencies and social economy finance
• Sustainable businesses

Tools for Change is expected to grow considerably in both quality and quantity over time as existing Pioneer Groups develop. These Pioneers will then feedback their business plans, experiences, successes and failures into the resource pack adding the weight of their knowledge to help other potential Pioneers.
